The minimalist mindset.
Less is not a style. It's a decision rule — subtract first, then decide what earns its place back.
The default is addition
Modern life rewards addition — one more product, one more app, one more habit. Addition feels like progress because it's visible. Subtraction doesn't have a feed.
The rule
Before adding anything — a product, a routine, a tool, a subscription — remove three things that aren't earning their place. If the new thing still seems worth it, add it. Most of the time it won't.
Five principles

- Fewer variables, clearer signal. You can't tell what's working when twelve things are running at once.
- Compound the boring shortlist. Sleep, sun, training, fabric, water — repeated for years — beat any new stack.
- Quality once, used often. One excellent input used daily outperforms ten average ones used occasionally.
- Quiet beats loud. Most lasting upgrades make no announcement.
What changes when the mindset clicks
